Konnecting Care is established on the principle of offering consistent high-quality service in all of its programs with minimal disruption to the participants, with a focus on respect, dignity and person-centred care. We offer services to people with disability under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our participant’s choice service model focuses on enabling them to make independent decisions and connecting them with the wider community.
